At Sassiest, standard shipping is on us! We use a third-party vendor to deliver our orders. Your orders are hand-packed and shipped in a discreet white box with a shipping label and no branding on it. Once your order has been picked up by our delivery partners, you should receive a text. You can always track your order using your order number, but sometimes the status takes time to update.
We try to send shipments out as soon as possible cause we know what it's like waiting for that package to arrive. In most cases, it takes:
24 hours for order fulfilment
7-10 days for order delivery
Metro cities tend to take less time, whereas more remote locations may take longer. We do our best to reduce delivery times where possible and follow up on each order periodically.
We are fully dedicated to your health, pleasure, and satisfaction. Our products are rigorously tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected prior to shipping. In the unlikely event that you have an issue with your product but perhaps in case you need a refund, we won’t be able to proceed forward with that.
Given the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept the return of items that have been opened, part-consumed, or used. We are able to accept returns in the following circumstance:
Manufacturing Defects: If a product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no charge - contact us within 48 hours of receipt for assistance.
Please submit a return request within 48 hours of receipt of the package, and be sure to include your Order ID. To verify the condition of the product, we may need you to share images or videos. If approved, we will reach out to you to initiate the exchange process.
If you wish to exchange an unopened and unused product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we’ll be happy to help you.
Cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of order placement, provided your order hasn't shipped. If your order ships, it can't be canceled, you're welcome to initiate a cancellation request only if you wish to replace your purchase with another available product.
How Long Does It Take To Get A Exchange?
Our massagers comes with 6 months of warranty. Warranty covers the exchange of any massager only in the case of battery or cable failure. Once your returned item has been received at our Sassiest fulfilment center, it will be checked by our quality team. If the returned product is approved, we will let you know (via email). Please allow up to 15 days from the day we approve a returned item for the exchange to be received.
